MSPA Americas will return to an in-person annual CXE3 conference in 2021 to be held October 12 – 14 at the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort in Fountain Hills, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix.

“We are a people-driven industry, and the Board of Directors feels that given the current course of the pandemic recovery, it is time to bring back our face-to-face industry education and networking event that our CX and Retail Service corporate providers have always looked forward to as part of their membership in MSPA Americas,” announced MSPA Board President Sam Hersey of The Consumer Insight.
