We're looking for participants for two Auto Loan Studies. 

We are interested in what real customers see—features, offers, and how information is presented on their auto account, as well as the customer experience during the application and purchase process.

💰 $100 | Account servicing session (account review, no applications).

• You'll join a brief, online call with a researcher, share your screen, and walk through the layout, features, and available offers of your existing auto loan account while they record the session. Share follow-up communications from the bank for 7 days. 

+$100 Bonus if US Bank servicing can be completed by Fri. 8/8

+$50 Bonus if US Bank servicing can be completed by Wed. 8/13

💰 Up to $1000 | Taking out a new auto loan, refinancing an existing auto loan, or buying out your lease.

• You'll join an online call with a researcher, share your screen, and complete the assigned application or auto loan-related journey while they record the session. You will also share follow-up communications from the lender for 7 days.
