Hi,

This is Samar with BARE International. I’m the scheduler for the Super 1 Foods locations in your area.

We currently have Customer Experience shops available at the locations listed below. These shops require interaction with associates across all departments.

This assignment involves conducting an in-person evaluation of a designated grocery store to assess store conditions, organization, and customer service quality across multiple departments. You will begin by calling the store before your visit to ask a general customer service question and document the associate’s responsiveness, professionalism, and helpfulness.

**During your visit, you are required to walk through all designated aisles—Bakery, Deli, Dairy, Meats, Produce, General Grocery, Natural Foods/General Merchandise (if available), and the Customer Service Counter or Video Department. In each area, you must interact with an associate, ask a relevant question, and record details such as the associate’s name, description, and service quality. If no associate is present, you must return to that aisle after approximately five minutes or if not approached you must approach an associate in the department after the required time. **

You will evaluate:
• Cleanliness and organization of aisles
• Stock levels and clutter
• Overall store maintenance (inside and outside)
• Quality and consistency of customer service
• Checkout efficiency and wait time

**You will interact with associates in each department and evaluate the assistance provided. **
