We are seeking evaluators to work with us on new mystery shop opportunities available under Furniture/Appliance Retail Inquiry in iSecretShop! Evaluators can complete either in-person recorded video shops or in-person written-only shops evaluating the customer experience, with a focus on the sales process. Written shop is a quick and easy and pay $15 plus a $15 Bonus. These are self-assign, so you can pick the shops that fit your schedule. .We currently have some opportunities in your area that might be of interest.

Day and Time:
Shop visits may be performed anytime during normal business hours, please check store hours ahead of time.
Our client requests to NOT SHOP on the following dates: 11/27, 11/28, 12/25.
Check your shop assignment to see if you have been specifically assigned to shop within
the LAST HOUR of the store being open.

Before Your Shop: Please review the shop objectives and survey in full to ensure no details are missed. As a shopper, you will act as a new customer and inquire about product categories such as premium bedding, appliance packages, furniture packages, or large TVs.

Project Briefing: Carefully read the entire document BEFORE your visit! It provides instructions and photos designed for a smooth mystery visit.

Requirements:

Note first impressions, greeting, communication, selling and upselling, and closing. For video shops, follow best practices for recording and submitting footage.

Written shops are self-assign, and video shops require application to be selected. Log in to iSecretShop to view and assign yourself to written shops or apply for video shops. These opportunities are a great way to earn while helping maintain high-quality insights for our client experience program.
