Reimbursement is for PARKING ONLY. A receipt is required to be reimbursed for parking.

Assignment Details: Heading to Olympic Valley this weekend? Get help with parking! 

  • Drive to the assigned parking lot, park, reserve and pay in advance as required per assignment custom instructions.
  • Note the time you arrived at the parking lot, time you departed the parking spot, and the time you exited the parking lot.
  • Stay a minimum of 10 minutes at the location.
  • Note if all signage for the lot was visible and in good condition. 
  • Ask the Parking Ambassador one question to determine attitude and friendliness (if Ambassador is on-site). 

Photos:

  • Minimum 1 photo of Parking Ambassador.
  • Minimum 2 photos of Signs in the lot.

Day and Time: Parking lot hours as listed in Custom Instructions.

Project Briefing:

  • Take note of the Parking Ambassador’s uniform, helpfulness and knowledge.
  • Note any signage that was broken or damaged (including a photo).
  • DISCREETLY take photos of the Parking Ambassadors (at least one).
  • Take photos of the parking signage (at least 2).
  • All photos should be taken discreetly.
  • Obtain a parking receipt for reimbursement.
  • Ask a Parking Ambassador one question.
  • Stay a minimum of 10 minutes parked in the lot.

When viewing your custom instructions, please note the following:

  • If you must have a parking reservation made in advance: Please visit the website in your custom instructions and make your reservation as soon as possible. It must be done prior to leaving for the evaluation! If your assigned location requires a pre-payment reservation, then the attempt to pay the Ambassador is not required.
