Shop Description:

For this shop, you will be evaluating the Dairy Adventures. This evaluation will consist of visiting multiple adventures (Dairy, Pig, Crop) for the client and reporting on them.

Please give yourself ample time to complete this evaluation in its entirety.

CLIENT SPECIAL NOTES:

The Pig Adventure is a seasonal tour and it may not be open. There is a question that asks you if the adventure is open or not. If it is open, the questions will appear for you to answer, if it is not, then the questions will automatically be removed.

The only area of adventures affected by rain would be the outside area called “Mooville” which is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day, and then again during their Cowtoberfest. All of the other adventures are not affected by weather – unless the road is closed due to icy or snowy conditions in the winter.

Shop Description:

For this shop, the client requires you to complete a dine-in shop at the Farmhouse restaurant during dinner (located at Fair Oaks Farms). You may bring a guest with you for this evaluation if you wish.

First, the client requires you to call as soon as you are assigned and set up a reservation and evaluate the service from associate who assists you over the phone. Then, you will visit the location and conduct the onsite evaluation (You may set the reservation and complete the shop any time during the hours listed in the shop, however 8:00pm should be the latest you show up, so you have enough time to complete your evaluation within the specified timeframe).

When onsite, the client requires you to purchase 1 entree and 1 drink per person (1 entree and 1 drink for you, 1 entree and 1 drink for your guest) and evaluate all aspects of customer service, cleanliness, atmosphere, food quality, taste, presentation, and portion size.

CLIENT’S PHOTOS REQUIREMENTS
• Front of the restaurant as you are entering.
• Front of the restaurant as you are leaving.
• The food and drink items you purchased.
• Your Receipt.
