TUESDAY-SATURDAY; BEGIN BETWEEN 6-8PM

1 hour bar audit and dining audit, can bring 1 adult guest, cash purchases reimbursed.

This audit requires you to be observant and detailed. You will spend 1 hour at the bar to complete the bar audit portion. Then you will move to the restaurant and complete a dining audit. Must pay for all expenses using a flat cash payment.
