Evaluators will conduct an in-person mystery shopping evaluation at a Credit Union assessing the entire customer experience as a non-member interested in applying for a personal loan. Evaluators will express interest in applying for a personal loan and will focus on staff responsiveness, ease of interaction and any personal touches. The client is especially interested in brand perception through marketing materials as well as overall impressions made while engaging with employees. You will NOT apply for an actual personal loan during this interaction.
