• Complete and submit the contact form

• Wait 24 hours for a response before calling the location. If you receive a call immediately, then you will be ‘fast’ tracked to the inquiry part of the phone call

• Do not suggest a tour. Wait for the sales counsellor to offer the tour and then agree.

• If it is obvious that the sales counsellor is not going to offer the tour, at that point you will ask for a tour.

• Schedule the tour. Complete the tour and ask the questions provided in your Shopper Survey.

• After, submit your report.
