Inquiry Only Shop

You will visit the specific location and ask the following question: “What’s the best way to keep green algae under control?”

After the question has been asked, you then continue the conversation with the associate taking note of any products offered and any specific steps the associates suggest during the interaction. 

Water Test Shop

You take a water sample from your pool/spa to be tested at the specific location.

Observe the exterior of the promotional signage on the doors and windows and note the overall cleanliness.

If you are assigned the water test scenario, you MUST upload the water test print out the associate gives you.

Payment: Both Scenarios pay $20

Day and Time: Any day, during business hours, by due date. Looking to complete ASAP

Project Briefing: After assigned the shop and before completing, please be sure to review the detailed guidelines to ensure a smooth mystery visit.

Requirements:

• Obtain the name of the associate
• Upload a photo of your pool or spa to the survey and take a photo of the exterior of the location after interacting with the associate.
